The Louth Ladies Junior Football side will have a new management team for 2011 after Brendan Wynne and John Hanratty were ratified at the County Board meeting on Monday night. Hanratty, a former Mattock Rangers player, and Wynne worked together at U-14 level before taking charge of the U-16 team for the past two years. County Board Chairman, Dermot Woods, wished the duo best of luck for the coming season and called on all clubs to give their support as they attempt to build on the success of last year. Louth will play their first National League game away to Roscommon on February 6th and will also travel to Carlow and Kilkenny over the following weekends. The Wee County's first home game will be against Antrim on March 6th and a week later they will be in Offaly. Westmeath will be the visitors to Louth on March 27th while the league will conclude with a trip to Derry on April 3rd. |
